Web Analytics Specialist

Location: Cleveland, OH

In this role, you will be working closely with exceptional analysts, technologists and strategists across our marketing teams to create reports, provide technical support and drive insights that will help guide the strategy and priorities for our clients. In this role you will:

Identify, acquire, and analyze website activity data to inform strategy, development, communications, operations, content, and support
Work closely with multiple business groups and technical teams to identify analytics needs, and deliver analytics results, both automated and ad-hoc.
Collaborate with our marketing teams to evolve and standardize data collection, reporting and analytics strategies including both tagging, analytics and reporting platforms.


  • 1+ year in Digital Marketing or Web Analytics
  • Marketing Agency experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel
  • Proficiency in communicating insights derived from data to both business and technical audiences and leveraging visualization tools
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management platforms a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Analytics / Statistics or equivalent experience a plus
