Fathom is looking for a Solutions Consultant who will work directly within the Sales team at Fathom.  In this role you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including a primary focus on driving sales progress, building complex work proposals, and managing Fathom’s external presentation when among prospective clients.

  • Lead cross functional Fathom’s pursuit teams in securing client engagements and crafting winning strategies to drive business or translating strategies in RFPs responses Fathom is driving
  • Ability to translate complex technology solutions to non-technical buyers
  • Leader has a proven ability to build, grow and maintain C-level relationships across multiple organizations
  • Ability to navigate internal organization to identify and secure needed resources for a pursuit
  • Life-long learner that has an active learning plan to stay at the top of their industry
  • Natural networker who has executed intentional strategies to build and maintain network
  • Team player with orientation to seek feedback and support others internally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study                       
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales (consulting, professional services, complex solutions, intangible offerings)
  • Experience selling in technology or digital marketing industry
  • Experience leveraging partner organizations to drive results
  • Focused on achieving revenue and margin targets
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on trends and shifts in the marketplace
  • Aggressiveness, bias for action, commitment to execution
  • Entrepreneurial vision and success growing a business and/or new product line
  • Must have the ability to inspire, motivate, develop and lead a cross functional team
  • Outstanding leadership qualities demonstrated by excellent communication, presentation skills and enthusiasm to take on difficult initiatives
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, DOMO, and Tableau a plus
  • Familiarity with consultative sales approaches (Large Account Selling, SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Miller Heiman, etc.) also a plus
