Mission:
• Be the key leader, driver and contributor in developing and growing Fathom’s lead to revenue management business in enterprise accounts
• Identify, secure and retain new enterprise client accounts within named vertical markets (e.g.  technology, financial services…) for Fathom’s digital marketing, lead to revenue management and predictive analytics services
• Partner with clients and prospects to develop strategies and services to support key growth and operating efficiency initiatives by leveraging digital marketing, CRM and lead to revenue management technology platforms
• Establish Fathom as an industry thought leader by blogging, speaking at industry conferences and leveraging relationships and social media
• Lead Fathom’s pursuit team in securing client engagements and crafting winning responses to RFPs issued from enterprise accounts

• Proven business development leader with track record of personally driving revenue and closing sales via Challenger selling techniques
• Digital marketing passion, knowledge and experience
• Ability to establish and grow client and industry relationships using consultative techniques as demonstrated by client  retention and revenue growth
• Must be a strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing conceptual, holistic client solutions that are performance based and metrics driven
• Entrepreneurial vision and success growing a business and/or new product line
• Outstanding leadership qualities demonstrated by excellent communication, presentation skills and enthusiasm to take on difficult initiatives
• Must have the ability to inspire, motivate, develop and lead a team
• Must possess strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills with superior overall business management knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in business with an MBA preferred
• 2-4 years of sales/business development experience
• Focused on achieving revenue and margin targets
• Ability to identify and capitalize on trends and shifts in the marketplace
