Who We Want to Hire

We are seeking a sharp, enthusiastic, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDRs) who wants to attract prospective customers, develop his/her career in Sales, and make an impact.

We look for recent university graduates or those new to sales with inherent leadership qualities, polished business acumen, a love for technology, and the ability to work in a hyper collaborative environment.

What to Expect from the Role

You will work from our Cleveland office and team up with Fathom’s Got-to-Market (Sales and Marketing) Team to build a viable revenue pipeline for the business. As an SDR, we’ll teach and coach you on agency sales, digital marketing solutions, how to be a highly-valued business consultant and how to reach your potential.   

Our most successful SDRs have been highly organized, and exude infectious, positive attitudes. They know how to hustle, approach their work with a beginner’s mind, and want to win.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Development effort. Schedule meetings and create revenue opportunities for our Solutions Consultants
  • Qualify inbound leads, as well as prospect into Target Account lists
  • Invest time corresponding and engaging with senior leaders of large businesses - on the phone, by email, via WebEx, and through social media outreach
  • Evangelize the Fathom brand and offering, and educate prospects on best practices we’re seeing in the marketplace
  • Support Fathom in generating opportunities for prospects to attend webinars, events and download resources 
  • Manage and monitor your work using Salesforce and Marketo 
  • Lead by example, inspire, and be a great teammate
